Ultrasonic Testing

A test that propagates sound within the object and inspects the internal conditions through reflections from flaws.

"Ultrasonic Testing" is a method that utilizes the property of ultrasound to propagate in a specific direction (directionality) and the characteristic of reflecting at the boundary surfaces of different objects. By propagating ultrasound into the test specimen and measuring the strength of the ultrasound reflected from flaws, as well as the time it takes to return and the range of reflection, the size and shape of the flaws can be estimated, allowing for the evaluation of the test specimen. Additionally, ultrasonic thickness measurement, which uses vertical sensors to assess the degree of wall thinning and corrosion in equipment and piping as thickness values, is widely used in the manufacturing and maintenance of various products. [Features] - Utilizes the property of ultrasound to propagate in a specific direction and the characteristic of reflecting at the boundary surfaces of different objects - Estimates the size and shape of flaws and evaluates the test specimen - Supports ultrasonic thickness measurement - Wide range of applications *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Ultrasonic testing

Ultrasonic flaw detection test capable of determining the presence of defects, their size, length, depth, etc.

Our company conducts "ultrasonic flaw detection tests," where ultrasonic waves are directed at the test object, and based on the displayed echoes, we determine the presence of flaws, as well as their size, length, and depth. Additionally, we utilize ultrasonic flaw detectors not only for inspecting welds but also for a wide range of applications, including confirming foreign materials in raw materials. Please feel free to contact us if you have any requests. 【Features】 ■ Capable of inspecting relatively thick test items compared to radiographic testing ■ Ability to record waveforms displayed on the screen (SD card) ■ Excellent at detecting internal flaws ■ Using a digital ultrasonic thickness gauge, we can measure the thickness of objects (such as pipes and plates) *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Ultrasonic testing

Detectable internal defects in materials! Inspection results can be obtained in real-time through electrical signals.

Ultrasound is a type of sound wave with sharp directionality, which has the property of reflecting and refracting at the boundaries of different materials. "Ultrasonic Testing" is an inspection method that utilizes this property to detect flaws within the test specimen and measure their location and size. Through electrical signals, inspection results can be obtained in real-time, allowing for the estimation of flaw size based on echo strength and the movement distance of the probe. 【Features】 ■ Capable of detecting internal flaws in materials ■ Can inspect both metallic and non-metallic materials ■ Real-time inspection results are obtained through electrical signals ■ Depth information of flaws can be acquired ■ Flaw size can be estimated from echo strength and probe movement distance *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
